동산방화랑은 1974년 개관 이후 한국 고유의 미감을 간직한 전통회화와 근대미술, 시대적 가치를 반영하는 현대미술로 이어지는 전시를 통해 한국 화랑의 중추적 역할을 해왔다. 근현대 미술의 주요 작가의 작품 소개와 더불어 역량 있고 새로운 젊은 작가의 작업을 알리기 위한 기획과 아시아 미술 특히 그동안 진행해온 중국 미술의 소개에도 최선을 다할 것입니다. 수준 높은 한국 근현대 미술 작품을 감상하고 공유할 수 있는 교류의 장을 더욱 넓혀나가고자 한다.

Since 1974, DongSanBang Gallery has been playing a major role in Korean galleries through exhibitions leading to traditional paintings, modern art, and contemporary art reflecting the values of the times.

We will do our best to introduce the art works of modern and contemporary artists, as well as to introduce the work of talented and new young artists, and to introduce Asian art, especially Chinese art. We want to further expand the platform of exchange where we can appreciate and share high-quality Korean modern and contemporary art.
